From last time:
- Inquiry - what’s the plan? (Differentiated learning in maths that doesn’t burn out the teacher! Most effective way to teach wide range of abilities and IEPs)
- Format for recording reflections and evidence (Blogging - helped Greg set up)
- Buddy evidence/peer review (Will write blog posts for each other and send. 3 of 4 state standards and 1 of 2 school special character standards)
Update:
Wasn’t able to meet at conference as was too busy with no real down time for this.
- Inquiry - trying survey to improve focus of low achieving students in particular (readiness to learn + micro goal setting).
- Interested in adding variation for low achieving students to help engagement and enthusiasm. This will counter some of the effects of necessary streaming/grouping in this class.
